There's no need for a box spring; the mattress (not included) sits on top of the solid pine slat base for extra durability and comfort.

To complete your bedroom set, add the optional coordinating four-drawer dresser and dual two-drawer nightstands. Featuring the same hardwood interior construction and leatherette upholstery as the platform bed, these pieces create a regal, unified theme in your bedroom while providing plenty of extra storage. Square brushed nickel accent knobs adorn each drawer.
