Worth Platform Bed

My husband and I were looking for a VERY LOW platform bed that looked modern. We fell in love with this one and we had to buy it. To us, it looks exactly the way it looks on the picture, although we couldn't find a mattress as low as the one on the picture. Still, it looks stunning.Yes, it took us several hours to assemble it, not to mention to bring it upstairs, this is a very heavy piece of furniture, especially the headboard.[...]We love our first bed and it looks like it will last for years to come. Highly recommend it.

We had the company to assemble the bed so the guy set it up in about 30 mins. however my husband did assist him and he said that it was very difficult. He said that he know if we move it will take him hours. The color was misleading I thought it woud have been white but creme is okay. I wanted a bed close to the floor and I love it, and if you are looking for a bed not too close this is not the one. It is very heavy and sturdy. I like it, it's fun.......

It is a good looking bed in the photo, and this was the main reason we purchased it. But it is actually much lower profile than it appears to be in the photo, at least in my opinion and my wife's. The tops of the rails and night stands are about 6" off the floor. Closer look at the photo and you can see the head end of the bed on a glossy white floor, different floor shading from the foot end, giving it a higher look. And the mattress in the photo...must be low profile. We have a 10" mattress and it is much higher up on the headboard compared to the photo. It was also a chore to assemble, and I am pretty good with tools. But, once assembled it seems to be pretty solid. So, if the height aspect is not a problem for you, it is a decent bed for the price.
