It would have been a 5 rating because everything was perfect except on one crossing bar under the seat - on one side, a plastic plug was missing. There are 6 plugs per stool so in total i should have had 24 plugs installed in all 12 ends ( one on each end ) and I got 23 . I called customer service and they were said they would send another but to this point I have heard or received nothing.
A small thing for sure but one stool looks a little out of place with all the plugs inserted but that one.

I received the Amisco Nathan stools 2 weeks ago and I've already had 2 people ask me where I got them! I am using them in the kitchen at the breakfast bar. They are sturdy, heavy and very attractive, also very comfortable! Shipping was quick.

I like these stools and recommend them. The do not come fully assembled as advertised. You will have to put the cushions on. Easy enough to screw them on, but the screws that were provided were not long enough for the black stools. I purchased the right size from local hardware. Fully assembled they are wonderful for my kitchen island.
