Its a beautifull coffee table but the directions to put it together were not the best,i just used common sence and luck .It took me 35 min and some frustration but it was well worth it we love it.

The style is great looking but there were three small areas on the top surface that looked like they had been touched up. Also one edge was a little worn. Hayneedle customer service was excellent and immediately offered to provide return shipping and send a new table.
Assembly wasn't too bad, especially if you have done anything similar before...its just a matter of figuring out the pattern. No written instructions, only pictures.
Considering the price, its a nice looking piece provided the finish isn't marked up on arrival

I guess I should have realized that particle board is particle board...The table feels cheap and the top shows indents of the 4 boards that hold it together in the middle. I did not put any weight on them other than the bottom pieces and the top still has indents. It looks terrible. The plastic feeling finish also was damaged while working on the cardboard and has a good size scratch that took off the top coat.
