The bed was delivered more than a week late. It took two of us more than one hour to assemble the bed. The tools are provided. We had some problems with the hardware not fitting in the predrilled holes properly, but we were finally successful getting it put together. The matress sits higher in the frame than I thought. I would have liked it to sit down lower so as to hide the edge of the matress a bit. The color of the bed is soft and creamy, which I was hoping for. I did not want a stark white bed. The material is soft and suple, not too shiny, which I was also glad about. But, it did take a few days for the chemical smell of the faux leather to subside. If you are sensitive to chemical smells, I would let the bed air out in the garage for a few days before you bring it in the house. Overall, I am very satisfied with the look and the quality of the bed, and the price is great. I would recommend the bed.

Extremely happy with how fast they shipped/processed the order! The bed is pretty good considering the price, however the holes drilled in the headboard to accommodate the center rail were off, so I could only install one of the two provided screws. I emailed Hayneedle a week ago about the issue but have yet to hear back. For the time being it is functional, but obviously I'm short one screw to secure it.

The bed arrived as scheduled. It does not seem very sturdy but time will tell if it lasts. The legs and slats seem very lightweight. If I went to a store and saw it before I purchased it I would have passed on it.

I couldn't be happier with the purchase of my cream-colored platform bed! The faux-leather upholstery looks elegant and includes top-stich detailing. The color is a soft cream shade that goes well with any decor. The bed was easy to put together and all components fit together perfectly. It sits 3.5 inches above the floor so there is minimal clearance for storage underneath. The platform slats lie 1 inch below the edge of the side rails, so a thicker mattress will sit at a compfortable height. I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for a sylish, modern and well-constructed platform bed at a cost conscious price point!

Our new bed is great. It is attractive and has good support beams. It works very well in a space with low ceilings since we only have to have a mattress. My only complaint is that some of the pieces didn't fit the pre-drilled holes. So be prepared to have to put some elbow grease into the assembly. Other than that, good bed!

There was a small cut in upholstery on one side of the bed frame but overall, surprisingly stable and elegant design.

If you plan to have this bed in the middle of the room, you need to be aware that the back of the headboard is covered in black fabric, not faux cream leather.
