I ordered two Bella Flora Outdoor Pouf Ottomans and received them in 2 days! But after sitting with them for a while, I realized that the color wasn't right for my lanai set. I had thrown out the original packing and fretted for days about returning the items. I called Hayneedle today and the attendant was SO patient in getting me through printing and processing the FedEx return labels. I am ordering another set of two in the Geo design, so I just need to return the original set in the boxes from the second order. Easy peasy.

I bought 2 just in time for Memorial Day weekend. They were great to put together and lay on in the shade and we also used them as extra seats around the patio. My dog just loved them too!
